1. Ordering on HAPS.fo

The purchase agreement with HAPS is not binding until you have received an order confirmation from HAPS.

2. Prices

  • 25% VAT is included in all prices.
  • Prices are in Danish kroner unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices apply only in the Faroe Islands.

Reservations are made for:

  • Exchange rate changes
  • Force majeure
  • Delivery errors
  • Tax changes
  • Sold-out items and printing errors

3. Sales in General

The stated price at the time of ordering is the valid price.

4. Delivery

Reservations are made for sold-out items and delays in delivery from HAPS suppliers.

5. Delivery Service

  • Delivery time is usually 10–25 minutes, added to preparation time.
  • Delivery cost may vary depending on distance and is added to the order.
  • A service fee of 10 DKK is added.

Delivery areas:
Tórshavn, Argir, Hoyvík, and Hvítanes

6. Cancellation of Order

To cancel an order, you must contact HAPS directly by phone.

7. Payment

Accepted payment methods:
Visa • Visa/Dankort • Visa Electron • MasterCard • JCB • Maestro

Payment is charged when the order is collected or delivered — no later than 30 days after purchase.
